How much will the Shipment cost me?
Depending on the weight of the order, the place and way of shipping, the costs will vary.

How long will it take to receive the order?
The delivery time is 24/48 h after the order leaves our store. If for some reason could not be served within the deadline, you would be informed at 24:00.

Shipping Insurance
Shipments are subject to the insurance policy that the transport company has available. However it is possible to purchase a shipping insurance that covers the cost of the item and shipping in full in case of loss or theft during transportation.

Returns and exchanges:
If for any reasonable reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. The expenses incurred by the transportation of the refund will be borne by the customer.


If you want to make a refund, first check that it meets all of the following requirements:

In the remaining cases, Divingmania Online does not accept shipping costs.

As a general rule, in return, we will send you our collection service to remove the item. Depending on the case that occupies us, the expenses generated will be borne by the customer or Divingmania.
